Skin a mesh to multiple bones? or multiple bones to a mesh?

I really need some help about this guys.
How do I skin or rig a mesh to multiple bones?

A rig can contain multiple bones, and you can rig a mesh to multiple rigs.

Though, what I think you are looking for is vertex groups. Use multiple bones in the same rig, add or extrude them in edit mode. Assign vertex groups to your mesh and name them the same as the bone you want to rig it to.
