Skinning with problem

I did my character rigg, so time to go into weight paint gets this dark tint, so It’s impossible to see where I paint.
NOTE: The armature is in pose mode, but it makes no difference.I’ve reversed the normal but to no avail.

Last time I saw this problem, it was because the mesh was scaled negative on one or more axis. Try selecting the mesh in object mode and use CTRL-A -> Apply scale rot data to object. This should always be the first step in rigging, please let me know if it fixes this.
