Rendered in blender3d with compositing effects and no derivative “AI” was involved at all. But I watched a nice tutorial that explains the effect and this is my take on it.

Looks nice and the watercolor effect is believable, i am just not sure about the paper bump map. Can you share the link to the tutorial that inspired you?
the canvas texture is just that, an image comped over the render in the compositor, no bump there
