smooth but not look like that...why?


I applied subsurface and smooth. On the middle of mesh, it does not smooth. Obviously, i missed something that should be smooth surface. i cant figure it out… Help me… Thanks

Looks like you have a super-duper pole there. Lots of edges converting on one vertex. But your screenshot contains virtually no useful information about the underlying mesh, so I’m just guessing. Provide more information so we can provide better answers.

Would have to see the wireframe (object properties -> display -> draw all edges & wire) or the file, but I’m guessing you have n-gons (faces with more than 4 sides), triangles, or long quads on there.

i got it now. it was tri… So I change to quad… look alot better. Thanks you guys…:slight_smile:
