i think you need to give him all his fingers. i once tried to make him, he looked like a box! good work so far!
Slight update, added his fingers
He’s got a seam or ridge running along the top of the head. Try to fix that.
Otherwise, that’s pretty darn good.
Looks good except for the front view. His bottom jaw needs to be more rounded and the mouth should not be so elongated, more like an oval or something.
Adjusted the jaw area and made him his home 
NQE1 that seam is caused by mirroring the mesh to model, and you don’t want to join them until you are done, so that line will go away later on its own. Nice model.

The mouth still need to be re-shaped to be more of an oval or elliptical shape.
The house looks really good. You should add that lil yellow bird that always hangs around with him.

Good idea. You could do some fun stuff with this. You could do a really great Red Baron dogfight, or Snoopy as a “vulture”, or any number of ideas. I’ll keep my eyes on this.
IMHO, in your 3/4 view of the head the area below the brow needs to be narrowed slightly. There have been plenty of statues and toys of the Peanuts gang over the years, I would suggest adding them to your references.
