Soft body + rig trouble

Hi, i’m trying to animate a soft bodied mesh with rig applied to it also, both in the same area.
But whenever I distort my mesh (body movement) the simulation gets all bumpy, it follows the movement but, the soft body bounces back for a frame , then proceeds, then back again in a sort of zig-zag back and forth, as if it was because of it’s going against a really strong wind (not the case).
I’ve tried to tweak every parameter, one- by-one, but I can’t solve this issue. Does anyone have xp in that to share? I posted a img. Oh, and also… I’m siming that in a curve thats driving empties in a ‘follow path’ (constraint), that, in turn, is ‘stretching’ (constraint) the bones, which are driving the mesh.
