Yes! Under the guide(in description of that video) there are several links with textures and references
Don’t know much about modelling so I can’t really help with that.
It seems like the denoiser has ruined your textures a bit. You should try setting minimum samples in the settings: Render Properties / Sampling / Render / Min Samples. (Also, I advise using OpenImageDenoiser instead Optix or some other option). Hope this helps!
