Soft to create scenarios

Hi

Do you think it is productive to use architecture software to create scenarios for games?

If so, which one would you recommend that runs alongside RHINO?

the use of , for example : Archicad with Rhino, Rhino inside of Revit
many new “modeling” and scene management (layers) tools are added in Rhino 3d

Thanks for your help

The needs for architecture and CAD software are totally different compared to the needed geometry for game engines. That’s the reason why polygon editing software exists in the first place. Also any conversion (for example NURBS to polygons) always needs some additional refinement/optimization work in a polygon modeller.

Which software is best suited for creating design objects? Fusion or Inventor?

<sarcasm level ="slighly">

The best software is stored in your brain… it’s called knowledge, capability and experience.

Humans designed things even before the invention of paper by making sketches to visualize things. But even if using paper, it also doesn’t matter if it is white or slighty grey or yelloish or deawing with a pencil or a pen… and also the color does not matter.

:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

It’s all like a CAD design program.
I don’t think it’s a tool for gaming. :thinking:

You seem to be familiar with CAD programs.
Then, I think we need to find a way to organize CAD objects into game modeling.

If you try to find a solution only in familiar CAD programs, there may be no way.
