Softbody to a real mesh...

Ive tried doing Alt+c, but that just puts the softbody back to the original mesh… without the softbody applied…

How on earth do I do this?

I need to be able to export the mesh to a Indigo file… :\

Just pick the frame you want, then click on the apply button in the modifier stack.
