Hello. Since I was sorely lacking an effective method to visually identify and quickly mark specific parts of a model, I decided to create this simple add-on.
It works by assigning a random color to selected parts of the model, which can greatly improve the legibility of the scene in Solid Mode, and also gives the user the ability to quickly select objects marked with the same color by using the command Select → Select Grouped → Color.
