Solid wireframe dodecahedron

Hi all,

Serious 3D modeling noob here—I’m trying to make a solid wireframe dodecahedron. I can get as far as using Faces > Wireframe on the model, but can’t figure out how to avoid making ‘wires’ for the edges that subdivide each face. Sorry for no doubt missing the correct terminology :wink:

What object are you starting with ? You can get rid of the edges intersecting faces with the X / limited Dissolve option. You can also use the Wireframe modifier which you can adjust non destructively


Aha! Limited dissolve was what I was looking for—now to learn what it actually does :wink:

I started with the platonic primitives mesh add-on.
