SOLVED-Is there a laptop alternative for the numpad period (.) key?

I want to be able to focus selected elements in edit mode on my laptop. I have the "emulate numpad " elected in preferences and that works for setting the view. But what do I use for the period (.) key alternative on my laptop?

I want to be able to center, or focus, the selected vertices or edges in edit mode…which I use the period key to do on my desktop computer.

Is there an alternative for this on a laptop? I don’t know the name of the function the period key represents so I cannot enter a custom keystroke for it. Does anyone know the name for this function?

It’s in the View menu->Frame Selected. You should be able to right click and assign a shortcut or put it in the quick favorites and access it with Q.

Or just use tilde pie menu, that’s quite handy.
