Looking good, I would work on photoshop to give that extra stile, but its looking good.
Excellent lighting on that hand! I would say my first problem is with the dead space in the bottom right corner. I can understand if the piano is on some sort of dark stage or something, but it is unusual to see that bright of a light on the piano and not see a floor underneath. I would suggest you make some sort of simple wood textured floor that blurs and fades into the background.
That looks lovely! Only crit is that I would say the displacement on the skin is a little too strong.
