Does anyone have any tips on how to do this guys hair? I attached a photo of the guy and a picture of my model in blender. Could someone else do the hair for me? That would be great also.

You posted your question in the wrong section. There are 3 ways in 3d media to create hair. You can choose option A, the method of creating hair using planes and nurbs, option B, the method of creating hair using polygon shapes, or option C, the method of creating hair using a particle system and using path guides to manipulate the hair. Each one of these choices takes a while to do. But there is more to it than just adding hair. You must also understand on how the hair grows and when to establish the hairlines.
