Special deformation

Hello do anyone know how can i do this (https://vimeo.com/22844101) in blender, I only need that the eye deform the other mesh y tried with dynamic paint and some deform modifiers but i cant get it.

Please help me

Looks like he’s using the equivalent of a shrinkwrap modifier with a slight offset to me. Along with a few bone driven shape keys for the mouth and such. The eyes themselves are controlled by lattices, and there might be a lattice on part of the head too.
