can someone help me! I have finally sorted how to do path animation (I’m moving the camera along it). But how do I change the speed the camera moves along the path? At the moment I am set to 25 frames per second, but is there another way I can change the speed or do I just have to lower the frames/s value?

Don’t change the 25 fps.
Select your path and open an IPO window. On the panel, choose “path” instead of “object”, on the right of “View Select Point”. You will see a curve which ends at “100”. Change this value to shorten (less than 100) or lengthen your animation. You can edit this curve with the tab Key.
