My Mum used to have one of these little spinning angel candles and she would put it on the table around Christmas. I loved watching it go round and round, powered by a little candle. I mentioned to my Mum how lovely I thought it was so one Christmas soon after, she found one and gave it to me as a gift. It is one of the last things she gave me. Now I bring mine out every Christmas and when I light the candle I think about her and I am reminded of Christmases when we were all together. Creating this model based on the spinning angel candle she gave me has been a really nice way to remember her at this time of year.
