Splash screen and BL version?

1- in BL 3.3
where do i find the Bl version
i can see bottom header on right bottom a 3.3.0

but is there a menu where you can see this bl version ?

2 - Splash screen
where do i find this splash screen now in the menu?

3 - system info
is there a way to save this as a Script text file
instead of a txt file in folder ?

Blender icon (left from File menu).
There you can find both “Splash screen” and “About blender” windows.

i forgot that sometimes small icon can be use to hide menu
