I don’t usually comment on the splashes… but rakhi your splash is wonderful! I love it! Simple and clean and shows what this release was sorta geared towards! Keep up the wonderful work! There are quite a few nice splash’s this time around. Definitely a hard decision for the judges this time!
Rahki: indeed it’s well done and clear.
Rocketman: your own is cool too, just “dig” a little bit more, model need more depth/contrast.

Rakhi, your splash is great! I love it!. By the way, most of the art is awesome… but simplicity is better!

The splash screens are great! And as much as I’d love to have some of the ladies on the splash screen I don’t think the other ladies at work would really appriciate it like I would. Maybe they would be still. I think the best one is “Splash splash” by zsoft. It just looks neat. But the bonus by LohnC is pretty sweet too.

* don’t overwrite the template text area, make your picture fit.- don’t use blender logo on your image
* don’t use suzanne (the monkey head mesh in blender)- you can submit more than one picture
- post your final images in this thread
Almost 50% of the entries are not compliant. Give yourself some chances… follow the rules.

Here’s my couple entries, all the same character, but different renders and concepts.
my suggestion is, that the ones that have the irresistable urge make their image go on top of the template, at least provide a version where it doesn’t as well. and some of those that are not overlapping with the actually text, can be overlooked, if they are supercool otherwise…
