Splinter Cell inspired picture

Ever since Ubisoft announced Splinter Cell remake, I got really excited!
They released couple of AMAZING concept arts! I used one of them as the main picture for inspiration!

The environment was created with Blender. The building I used is from Kitbash3D.
I also used plugins like Scatter for the vegetation.
Textured in Blender and rendered with Cycle.

Sketching with Blender:

Raw environment after adding the color to become a night scene (I also was trying a bunch of skies)

All the lights you see in the picture were done and painted in photoshop!
