SSS makes strange colors

Hi, I’m trying to make a fairly nice skin material for this alien I made. When using SSS I fiddled with a few settings and now I’m getting strange colors.

And this is what it looks like with SSS turned off.

I’m completely stumped.:frowning: Anyone know how to fix it?
