Hi,

Just completed this render inspired by 2 friends playing a long game of chess that ended in a draw with only the kings left on the board! You sometimes never know how the game will end sometimes.

As for the render the chess pieces were modeled from scratch. The other bits are Kit Ops kitbash items I’ve collected over the past couple of years. Graswald and Nisarga was also used along with one of my newest favorite addon Random Flow. Plus a tiny bit of steam elements from Ian Hubert. You have to see his Salad Mug - Dynamo Dream video it is so amazing and inspiring. Questions and/or C&C welcomed.

All other things aside - this is not stalemate, but a ‘draw by insufficient material’.

Yes, the Kings could move around the board forever and never be able to end the game.

Yes, I do mention the game ended in a “draw” but that is a terrible tittle (imho) so stalemate it is.
