The background is a bit strange. If you want to do a simple background, try making a sort of “studio lightbox” look that will still be simple but have much more appeal.
Also, I’m not liking the strange lens effect (just my opinion), maybe reduce the distortion a little to make it more desirable.
On top of what mr. Oreo just said, you might want to try to use more light sources as well. The bottom of the bottle looks quite flat, for example. You could bring out the form by using more lights (ambient occlusion is not a light source).
Lower angles of camera gives object dominant aggressive role. You have to find the right mood for a scene. Try also some reflections with HDRI environment on bottle. Anyway, you have nice basis - now you only need nice final touch. Nice going… it would be very nice job when you work a little bit more on this scene.
