I haven’t been posting around here for ages, but decided to drop this one here as well.
The character is called Stardust the super wizard. He was created by Fletcher Hanks in the 1939. Not a well known character, but his stories are amazing in a bizarre, twisted manner.

great stuff, some of those old super heroes are pretty bizarre. they kind of played with the idea in ‘the watchmen’ which was itself a comic book. I always thought the Spectre was pretty bizarre too, and I think his costume retained that older look for the most part.
