I didn’t model the Razor Crest but I made a variation of it from a base model I found on CGTrader by tronman, an incredibly well made high quality model you can get for free here → https://www.cgtrader.com/free-3d-models/aircraft/private-aircraft/the-razor-crest I retextured and reshaped the model and applied destruction to it with the help of my Procedural Destruction Material which utlizes the alpha channel outpot of the material to add even more destruction details.

For the Star Destroyer I had to almost reconstruct the entire model to work with simulations and texturing. I used the same Procedural Destruction Material and a Geometry Nodes system to scatter random noise based object around the ship with a Boolean modifier for destruction. This is another an incredible model you can get for free here → https://www.artstation.com/marketplace/p/1gGwK/rogue-one-imperial-star-destroyer-free-3d-model

I made the terrain in Gaea with Blender and Houdini. I modeled and textured everything else except for Grogu model → Mandalorian - Grogu ( The force ) - Download Free 3D model by NestaEric [1cbbc8a] - Sketchfab

The foliage were mostly made in SpeedTree and some are from the Quixel Megascans Library with references.
