Very nearly got the modelling of the speeder finished. Then I’ll have to texture it, which I’m not too confident about, as I’ve only ever used one texture per mesh before. What’s the best way, applying textures to separate faces, or UV texturing? Separate faces I know roughly how to do, UV I have no idea.
Btw, starwars fan may note this is the Lars Family speeder, as opposed to lukes own quicker one.

I’m no expert at UV texturing, but…I usually make one image which contains all the textures for a single object, then UV map onto the object… (sometimes one face at a time)…when in FaceSelect mode (FKEY) press u, try some options, can save alot of time,…but maybe someone else has a better idea…
