Hi everyone, I’m new to this forum.
I’m an amateur 3D artist/hobbyist and I was wondering if anyone with more experience could help me with my current project.
My issue is, when I hide the second last object in my scene, my last object with textures has a weird static look to it. It pops up in renders and in the material viewport.

I am using Blender 2.80 beta and this only recently started happening. It appears on all of my projects and it happens in both cycles and evee.
It works when I plug the texture straight into the material output, but then the normals won’t show up, and if I add any shaders in between the texture and output the fuzz reappears.
I tried restarting my laptop, I am not sure if this is a glitch or a problem with my models.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
