Wow, very impressive! The red of the “Wright Brothers” text doesn’t seem to be integrated into the lighting of the model. Was it added in post?
nope, it’s a mesh with emissive material, in real life it will have the integrated lighting (diode) so it will be highlighted
Great job.
My only critique is that the checkered floor is like a mirror.
And some textures in those square rather than just color would add a lot.
I know the designer picked the red and white pattern, but what were they thinking?

Great work on modelling, it’s a very detailed scene and it needs a great patience, but I think that maybe you can still make some improvement on lighting and materials? It’s not very realistic especiallly when looking on the details, like the style 10 years ago.
If I were you, I would lower the environment light, and adjust the light to make the shadow more obvious. And maybe you can try to add a normal map for the wood floor and some imperfection overlay on the bar counter?
I know nothing about eevee render engine so maybe my words were totally wrong, but I would be glad if in your future work my suggestions can give you some inspiration and help you make better rendering.
