Sub D modifier some faces not being rounded

So I have a model which SHOULD be the same all around but some of the faces dont sub d properly making it look really weird. I really don’t understand why this happens and it happens on pretty much all of the models I make.

You have overlapping geometry, and ngons- subdivision doesn’t work well with either

Where are the ngons?

Check your normals.

In edit mode shift N.
