Subsurf - make real

Hi,

I like to realize the subsurf version of a mesh in my scene. This means the vertices created through subsurf need to become real. If I use the subdivide tool and then the smooth tool it doesn’t look the same. Any ideas how to get this result?

not sure…either c+ctrl or c+alt or c+shift while having the object selected it object mode (hehe…my memory sux)
