Is anyone using the Super Fast Render Addon?
I haven’t been able to get it to work yet…first could not install dependencies in Blender 3.0, but it did install them in 3.1.
But now get error when trying to use the Automatic or Manual benchmark…
Was hoping someone here would have gotten it to work, i.e. compared to
“normal” render setup.

**Later…**I think the problem may be that I’m running Blender 3.1 from a local folder, and not the installed folder in Program Files\Blender Foundation\
Would still like to know how it’s working (or not) for you…faster renders?
I was able to get SFR (& SID) to work in Blender 3.1.
Claims: “Super Fast Render Benchmarks your scene,
finds the Optimal settings for your scene to look beautiful while rendering blazing fast !”
Bottom line, after working with it for a week, it DOES cut render times significantly,
e.g. at least 2X faster.
I’m also working with its sister addon, Super Image Denoiser…together they are supposed to give the best result, though for me, the render time was too long for animation.
But one thing that really impresses me is how SID reduced flickering to virtually zero, at least to my perception, while bringing out the best details.
Both are worth taking a look at.
