The ribbon is just a subdivided plane with a solidify modifier. For the cloth simulation, I used a few wind forces and one turbulence force. The ice is just a cube deformed in sculpting mode with dynotpo selected and a glass material applied. The crack in the ice was created by using a separate deformed cube and a boolean modifier to split the ice in two. The water droplets are just spheres in a particle simulation that were then shaped in sculpt mode to look more like drops of water. The lighting is just one of the sky settings. The background is a solid blue color. The text was added in photoshop. The image is 3840x2160 and rendered with 1500 samples and denoising.
