So I’m setting up debian as my OS and opened blender with startup and userpref file copy pasted in ./config/blender/5.0/config/ it won’t open blender, what should I do ? also I have unzipped blender in /Downloads/ directly. If I open vanilla blender it does work but I want to import all the settings and addons and all other stuff. I can access all the files on windows via linux so if anyone can guide me that would be helpful.
You need to move the file yourself.
And some Addons need to use the right one for their respective OSs.
