The tree was made using the addon Easy Tree, and the clouds were made using the addon Easy Clouds.
(Not very satisfied with the latter though, maybe I should have tweaked some settings and switched to Cycles…)
The text and some effects were added using GIMP.
I have started using Blender seriously in March of this year, and so far I think this is the best thing I have made.
