"T " shortcut to hide/unhide the toolbar and "N " shortcut key to toggle the properties tab…
Works fine with a new scene, & both are checked in under “VIew”, but in this particular scene, neither works (?)
Probably something simple, but no clue what is causing this.
Any suggestions?

Somehow you manged to hide a bit too much… (for example tool setting)… you might want to upgrade to 3.6.5… or… just click on the workspace plus sign (top right to Scripting ) and open up a new Layout workspace…
