I made this work just for fun…
I was inspired by the teddy bear of my girlfriend 
and second version
It’s very good but you should add some lights too just AO isn’t enough.

It could use a nice photo texture for the fabric as well. Also, the modeling looks a little rigid for this to be a stuffed animal. Try making the form hunched and limp against the wall, with the head lopsided against one shoulder.
Other than that, a good render.
