Test of Jaguarandi's raytracer improvements, reflecting/refracting hair particles

Yep, that thick thing of fiber is thousands of hair particles with both ray mirror and ray transparency enabled. Took 17 hours but still shouldn’t have taken near as long as what 2.4x would’ve given you.

A large bulk of the time was two render sections at the end of the rendering process, so I was able to use the internet a little before it was completed, which I just let it go because I could still use my computer for other things.

Fixed a few things I thought were visual flaws in post-pro, but no big changes,

Have to admit - the resultant is quite impressive. If it took 17 hours on your beastie . . . 17 days is more of my like. No wonder render farms are so popular.

Nice abstract!
