Texture baking issue

When I baking the texture in the Substance painter, and here are the result.

Anyone can help me why I got this error? I missing something when I model?

For baking normal maps you need to have the whole target model in shade-smooth mode -
Auto-smoothing messes up the bake process for normals.

(At least in Blender baking that is the case - I’m only guessing that it is a similar issue in Substance.:man_shrugging:)

Try to increase the padding size/margins when unwrapping the UV in Blender

I tried with padding and shade smooth. but the same issue.
