what I do on my texture is I set a low poly model and a high poly. On the high poly, I do some sculpting to put some shape on it and bake the texture on the low poly. What I want to know is, how do I put some textures that you cant make in sculpting? like tatoos on the characters I dont know how to do that.
That’s called UV Mapping and Texture Painting. Go into the Edit Mode of an object and select all polys. Now press U and select Unwrap. Check the UV Editor window to see the new map channel you have just created. These steps will get you started.
