Currently working on a detailed Thanos bust. Looking for intermediate-advanced advice on how to further improve it. What I can guess is that the eyes need more definition and the upper lip should be much more defined too.

Look at human anatomy and also thanos reference images. You have a good start, but the back of the head is way too small. You definitely made a recognizable Thanos, though- a few global changes will make it so much better!

Great start. The proportions of your head forms are off some. rough start on skin is interesting as well. Here are some Thanos shots I grabbed for a bit of reference. I didn’t include a full profile, essential. Or full frontal. But you can glimpse various structures of his face and size and placement relationship
