The Base is a project inspired by an old tree in my house. As a child, I always dreamed about having a house in it and being able to share it with my brother. Now, thanks to the challenge I have found the opportunity to make my dream come true, as the tree that is shown in the work is a scan of the real one. In order to achieve the final result, I spent three days and several hours rendering. Thank you for the opportunity.

I saw this picture in the CGBoost challenge and I was very impressed. You’ve done a really good job with the lighting, the building, the props, but especially the vegetation and the tree itself.

Thank you very much for your words, I did my best to express in the best way everything I had in my mind, regarding the tree, I took about 30 photos of it and used meshroom to create the model, then in blender I spent some time cleaning imperfections, adjusting textures and adding branches manually to give continuity to the model mesh.
