The end of rightclickselect.com?

I guess its time has come to a close. That’s a bummer. I don’t know how much the devs paid attention to that site, but it felt useful to be able to make suggestions for improvements to Blender. I know at least one of my suggestions was seen and implemented.

Is there a way to make feature suggestions (as an end user) that has any likelihood of being seen by the dev team?

Just wanted to link to that too.... but i see now that the link on RCS for “more communitues” links to

to the official initiative.. forum.blender.org

..but that new link seems to be not working yet.. ?

Makes sense. Its always been a weakness of Blender how many different official places for information and websites there are. Consolidating that is the right move

Thanks all! This looks really promising.

I agree with you..if it became an official place to discuss about Blender development, it’s good that it goes under the official development places.

I think it’s actually awesome. Feature suggestions moving to devtalk forums might be really great. It’s more official and more likely to reach developers that might be interested to implement them. I think it’s great news.

Agreed. I was bummed before I found out about the official site.

No longer bummed.

I support that - because there are also so many different use cases for Blender.
