Wow…this is fantastic, all these details.

Did you model everything in this scene? How long did it take?
That’s a lot of details!
Hi, thanks for the compliment. No i didn’t model everything.
The only thing I modeled for this project was the computer keyboard, mouse and joystick.
The table, chair, cabinet and shelves at the back, i modelled them few years ago.
Other props were gotten from polyhaven and just free downloads online.
It took about 2- 3 weeks, mostly because of the modeling.
Wire/Clay renders or it didn’t happen ![]()
But awesome work!
And love the second set of renders. So much atmosphere. ![]()
Thanks
i actually forgot to do the clay. Wireframes ( Not an option, I’m on a laptop lol @RobWu
Lighting and composition is fantastic, I love the smoke!
Thanks
@DNorman
Absolutely incredible!
From lighting to set dressing and the small details like the wispy smoke and particles. It’s all awesome.
Thanks @JamesRay I’m glad you like it.![]()
Thanks for the great models @JamesRay. It saved me so much time! ![]()
I am glad you like them!
It’s a great feeling seeing them displayed in such a cool environment and setting.
Interesting composition! It tells a really deep story. Sort of like the life of a retro engineer (from the handrill, hydraulic bottle, machine cleaning fluids, safety equipment, and the rest). Did I get that right?
Could you share more on the story? There some elements, like the multitude of pencils, I can’t quite fit.
The environment is basically a basement, that has old stuff, that either doesn’t work or hasn’t been used in a longtime.
Apart from that its more about me and what i usually have on my table, I’m an artist, i play a lot of video, listen to music, read once in a while and I play football. Its my safe space, where I spend some alone time.
I basically worked with what was available to me that communicated who I am. I didn’t over think it + i didn’t want spend too long on it. I hope that answers your question.
I see. Again, interesting composition!
I featured you on BlenderNation, have a great weekend!
You’re on the featured row! ![]()
