(1) Pic is rather small to see any detail.
(2) Looks more like a Japanese street. ( The prices on the board to the left are in Japanese Yen )
The picture lacks in composition. There is no focal point that the picture guides you to. And what is that beige thing in the middle?
And overall it looks like a cheep knockoff of Gleb Alexandrovs Asian Street. So if that was your inspiration at least meniton that, and if not have a look at it to see what makes a good image.
Good effort. However I thing it is definitely lacking in composition and light saturation.
