No, these are all free (although I do some tidying up of the data in QGIS and Gaea, which I think has a free version). The height data is all from the UK Government - open source - all generally 1 metre LIDAR data.

How I download, edit and use the data is a bit involved for here - but there are plenty of tutorials around if you search. I think you might even be able to being in some data directly from the BlenderGIS addon but I tend to do it myself.
