The new Cycles GPU 2.72 Benchmark

Yeah. :yes:
Well, in Blender I can’t load scenes more than 6GB. The reason for that is because 6GB are associated per GPU. So, in a render, the scene is loaded 2 times (1 per GPU). In practice each GPU in Tz Card have 6GB dedicated. You can see that in the architecture board here (a photo when I was installing the Watercooling in it). Each GPU, without overclock, have (aprox.) the same performance of a regular Titan, but the speed comunication beetween two GPU’s and dedicated memory are much much higher than 2x Titan’s cards, and that it’s the magic of Titan Z’s.:wink:
It’s important to say, for rendering in Blender with a Tz, to disable Multi-Gpu mode in order to full use the graphic’s card performance (since It’s a pseudo-SLI mode, which Blender don’t like very much).

@mib2berlin
Sorry for the long discussion here about cards.
About Blender version (2.73), you can ask us for new values and use them to compare with the previous version (2.72). Thanks

Blender 2.73 official build

Thank you for posting wyslij but this benchmark is outdated.
I start a new thread for 2.73 in a few days.

Cheers, mib
