Hello guys!
This is the first project I made using entirely Blender 3.0 (the last beta some weeks before the official release). It was made for the Create with Clint’s Weekly Challenge, which I won
Rendered in Cycles X with 256 samples, post-processing in Photoshop.
Amazing work, but the cloth is too… blank, or i don’t know, there are no seams at all. The way you can create seams is: create edge loop somewhere close to an edge, then bevel it JUST A BIT (several millimeters) into three. Then, Ctrl+(-) in edge selection mode to select only the original loop which you beveled, hit Alt+S and youll be able to push this loop into the shape of the clothes, and you’ll see the seams (I’m not very good in sewing so I couldn’t find a better name to it. Just try it after the simulation is finished and applied)
