Ye landlubbers may scoff at tales of the Orcfish, dismissing them as drunken ravings of seamen, but those who ply the seas know better.With a body as large as a barrel o’ rum and a bite that can cleave a man in twain, the Orcfish be a true terror of the deep. Surviving a bout with such a beast usually comes at the cost of a limb, yet earnin’ the undyin’ respect of yer mates. But mark me words, ‘tis not somethin’ sailors boast about, for once ye’ve glimpsed what lurks in the depths, ye’ll ne’er gaze upon the ocean the same way again.
It was my first time using the multires modifier with shrinkwrap for the retopology, and I’m mostly happy with the result, although I would have done some things differently had I known better. Most of all, to make sure the mesh is perfect at max resolution before starting texuring. It was quire tedious to go back and fix it later.
