This encourages imagination in the viewer. I like art that does that.
The fog provides a mystery. Fog, mist, smoke, dust, smog? The viewer will use his interpretation in the story he imagines.
The clouds in front of the tall building show the tremendous size of those buildings.
I like the contrasting elements. Huge and small. Natural and urban. Clear and misty. Chaos and order. Color and gray.

The clouds are partly a hdri background and partly i used a vdb volume cloud.
