I’ve been working on some new characters. Here’s one of them. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have a name…

This video is basically an exercise I did in lip-syncing and the general animation process. It took 10 hours and 23 minutes to render. That’s an average of 1 minute and 14 seconds for each of the 500 frames.
It was rendered on a Pentium 4 1.7GHz computer with 768mb ram running the Linux OS. (Ubuntu)

That’s great. But it looks a little weird when he walks (as it zooms in).

Nice lip-syncing, but the audio is a bit hard to follow along with, and there isn’t a clear train of thought. A bit too much mumbling, but otherwise the animation wasn’t too shabby!

Yes, I agree with you about the walking. After you said that, I went back and I noticed that the feet weren’t even on the ground! Regardless, the animation needed tweaked.
